Pre-Season Training Begins

It was a fun day at Fun Turf, Lekki, today as the finalists of the Turf Season 2017 project began their 1-Week Pre-Season Training. The exercise which started at about 10am in the morning, lasted two hours, as the coaches and staff accessed the fitness levels and sharpness of the players. Though some players were yet to report to camp for various reasons due to travel arrangements, the coaching team was very satisfied with the outlook of the team. Head Coach, Matthew Ogunsanya was convinced that the team has serious potential and “with the training plan in place, they’ll be in shape in no time.”

Turf Season 13 week challenge begins proper on Sunday, September 24, 2017 with the highly anticipated match against Yobo FC. Yobo FC is a professional football club owned by former Super Eagles Captain, Joseph Yobo and currently administered by his younger brother, Princewill Yobo.
