The Black Tigers put up an intense fight for a comeback in Game 37 – Turf Season Lagos Football Trials (May 2023) but it was a little too late when the referee blew the final whistle.
The final touch was obviously lacking as Team Black failed to take their chances and even missed one from the penalty spot.
Scrappy play in the danger area was not forgiven as the guest team took the lead with a lone goal that sealed the game.
