Greens return to winning ways with a 1-0 victory against July’s top team, The Blues.
The renewed energy with Joel Nwobodo and Toheeb Fatai back in the side was a huge lift to the team that lost back-to-back games a month ago.
David Akinyelure scored the lone goal of the match to give The Greens their first victory since the 5-3 victory over the Whites in June 2022.
