However, the TurfSeason Side put up a great defensive display to keep the shooting stars from Apapa at bay.
Emmanuel Okondor brought the scores to level with a trade-mark rocket off his favourite left foot inside the first minute of the second half. Emmanuel’s strike ends his goal drought in12 games and takes his season tally to 4 goals.
The Starlet FC boys pressed on late and were gifted a goal in the closing minutes to earn a narrow escape.
